Apply to dry skin, of the face and/or body. Massage into skin for 1 minute, rinse. Great as a pre-cleanse to remove make-up or after working out. Follow with a second cleansing if you have dry skin.....or if you have normal to oil skin your second cleanse will be with the Alpha Enzyme Cleanse or Botanic Soft Cleanse. Completely removes deoderant, sun block, anything really. Gentle on the skin.
